Grant Management

With  robust capacity to manage grants we can deliver a coordinated approach to grant acquisition, management, and performance. This incorporates the provision of capacity development, monitoring, and support to sub-recipient and implementing partners.  As a private sector leader our governance and management systems are well developed, our commitment to accountability and transparency is high, we have an ability to adapt quickly and to leverage resources, access to logistics and

aviation support, guarantee strong capacity to manage large grants and to implement new initiatives. We are respected by the PNG Government as a partner who will work alongside their leaders to ensure we are all working in alignment with the government’s development priorities.

We have managed and delivered grants for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and the Australian Government.

Wok Bung Wantaim

Oil Search Foundation and the Australian Government are co-funding an initiative in partnership with the Government of Papua New Guinea (at national, provincial and district levels) that aims to improve service delivery at the frontline in the Hela Province and Southern Highlands province.

The initiative, called Wok Bung Wantaim (working together) is a partnership approach aimed at maximising financial resources for health from the various sources (including GoPNG, local members, other donor partners and the private sector) to the delivery of services where they are required most.
